It's often praised for its ability to support skin repair and regeneration, which is exactly what we need when dealing with stretch marks and scars. While it's not a magic eraser, consistent application can absolutely help diminish their appearance, making them less noticeable over time by promoting healthier, more elastic skin. I've found that it helps improve skin's resilience and overall texture, making existing marks feel and look softer. When you're browsing for Vitamin E products, you'll see a lot of options, from creams to pure oils. Based on my experience, paying attention to the International Units (IU) is key. You'll find creams with concentrations like 10,000 IU or even more intensive formulas up to 25,000 IU, like the 'Vitamin E Antioxidant Intensive Creme' I've tried. Higher IU generally means a more potent product, which I've found to be more effective for moisturizing deeply and targeting stubborn areas.
