Many of us faced tough mental challenges, yet we also found joy in simple moments like cozy nights by the fire, baking cookies, and spending time with loved ones. Among the highlights were the memorable achievements, such as securing the 3rd place in a cheer competition and attending the exhilarating Global Citizen Festival concert. On a personal level, discovering my natural curly hair brought about self-acceptance, making this year a transformative journey. The loss of loved ones, like my grandma, brought about heartache, yet it reinforced the importance of family and cherishing memories. Additionally, the joy of welcoming two quirky cats into my life added a playful dynamic to my year.
