Sunday is SHOT DAY!!! 🤩
I am 1 day shy of 1 month on my Semeglutide journey, and I am excited to say I have lost 10.2 pounds. Thus far I have had no side effects at all, and I am grateful! I probably don’t drink as much water as I should but at a minimum I drink I full 40oz Stanley cup. Very seldom am I hungry, and my food noise is absent, until around day 5 of the week. Om the evening of day 5, my cravings return, I have the urge to binge, and this last until I take my next dose on day 7.
I have a doctor’s appt this week and I am going to talk to my doctor about injecting every 5 days instead of 7, which is acceptable dosage regimen for Semeglutide.
Semeglutide has become a popular option for those seeking to manage their weight effectively. This GLP-1 receptor agonist not only helps reduce appetite but can also improve metabolic health. It's vital to stay hydrated during this process, as proper fluid intake can impact weight loss efforts. Many users report varying experiences based on initial dosing schedules and hunger levels. Consulting with your healthcare provider about adjusting your dosage can make a significant difference in combating cravings. Remember, weight loss journeys are personal, and what works for one may not work for another. Tracking your progress, as I have, is essential in maintaining motivation and making necessary adjustments. Engage with communities online to share tips and get support; for instance, hashtags like #semeglutide and #weightlossjourney can help you connect with others on similar paths. Always prioritize your health and well-being in any weight management strategy.

Hello 👋🏻 I just started my Semaglutide journey this week. Also a nurse, mom, upper 40s, and about the same starting weight. I have been looking for people to follow for inspiration.
