🐝 these syrups have antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties in them.
🐝they help boost your immune system & help a ton with coughs, colds, sore throats, flu, and more!
🐝the shelf life is pretty much indefinite if stored properly, it’s just a bit of a pain having to wait for them to ferment. it’s always better to have it than not though!
🐝you can also add cinnamon &/or apple cider vinegar (after fermentation) to make it taste better, although i really don’t mind the normal taste.

Fermented honey and garlic serve as powerful natural remedies that can alleviate symptoms of coughs and colds. Both ingredients are known for their antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, making them ideal for boosting immunity. Honey acts as a soothing agent for sore throats, while garlic enhances overall health by providing antioxidants. To prepare this remedy, start with raw honey and organic garlic. Peel the garlic and submerge the cloves in honey in a jar. For optimal results, poke holes in the garlic to release its properties and let the mixture ferment. The fermentation process takes about 4-6 weeks but creates a potent concoction. After this time, you'll have a delicious, health-enhancing syrup that can be taken as needed to combat symptoms of illness. Adding cinnamon or apple cider vinegar post-fermentation can also enhance its flavor without compromising the health benefits. This age-old remedy is not only effective but also has a long shelf life when stored properly, ensuring you have it on hand for any future colds.
