As you step into a new week, remember that mindfulness isn’t about doing more. It’s about being more present with what already is.

Each evening, reflect on three things that brought you joy, comfort, or peace.
🌻End the day with self-compassion.
Release what didn’t go as planned and remind yourself: I did the best I could with what I had today.
