Day In The Life || Summer Edition ✨🦋🌴

Summer Time day in the life is definitely different then any other time of the year!

I do CrossFit three times a week MWF and then T & TH I do a morning circuit outside at my house.

I use this as my form of morning cardio instead of just walking or running.

I then will have my actual breakfast, watch a show or start some school work. I break my school work up through out the day but most days I start it after breakfast.

I then definitely take time to enjoy outside and play with my dog or get some sun.

I try hard not to take any naps as I will end up awake all night long, so that’s why I tend to break up school work throughout the day.

I end the day with a actual workout, full lift not just circuit training. Depending on the workout and how heavy in lifting I will eat after this workout or just have a protein shake.

Additionally, engaging in playful activities with pets can enhance well-being. Embrace each moment this summer, whether you're getting fit or simply soaking up some sun!
