This is an easy and delicious recipe that I promise you will continue to eat week after week.

I went for a Mediterranean-style salad, but you can add whatever you want.

I made a homemade dressing that you can keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.

I used garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, spinach, and chicken.
