This cauliflower is amazing!!!!
Take stem off but keep intact. Boil upside down for 7-8 minutes, more if you like if more tender.
Once you pull it out of the boiling water, let cool a few minutes. Meanwhile mix some mayo, cheese and whatever spices you like. I did salt, pepper and paprika. Mix the mayo (about 1/2 cup) and cheese (I used a smoked sharp cheddar ) and the spices.
Put that on cauliflower (I patted it with my hands) and bake in a hot oven. I did 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
