Ingredients
- 1 fresh apple (cut into pieces, will be peeled or not)
- A bottle of yakult.
- ½ small ice cubes - 1 cup
- Honey or a little syrup (add or don't wear if you want to be a little sweet)
- ½ teaspoon lemon / lemon (added refreshing, greasy cut - not fit)
How to do
