Tennis has helped us so much loose that water weight! 🎾
We are starting our journey by doing cardio (the tennis) now, and then during winter starting weight lifting which will aid even more in burning those calories.
Cardio is good for increasing heart health, mobility, endurance and burning calories in a short amount of time. 🏃♂️ 🎾
Weight lifting is good for strength, building muscle and burning calories for an extended period. As when you start weight lifting you burn calories throughout the day rather than in that short workout period. ⛓️
As you see from the third photo, we defiantly lost the water weight (as you can see in photo 4) 💧 Rochester Hills
