Distances between lakes like Annette, Edith, and Maligne are reasonable for day trips and allow you to soak in different scenic spots without feeling rushed. Maligne Lake, known as the prettiest lake in the area, is about a 40-minute drive from Jasper town and is great for canoeing and photography. During your visit to Jasper town, local food favorites include Raven Bistro for quality meals, Jasper Pizza Place for casual dining, and Bear Paw’s Bakery for a quick treat. However, I personally advise avoiding the Korean restaurant, as my experience there was less than ideal.
