เมื่อผมได้ลองมองตารางเรียนของลูก ๆ และเด็ก ๆ ในปัจจุบัน ผมเริ่มเห็นภาพชัดเจนถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบการศึกษาที่ไม่ใช่แค่การสอนความรู้แบบเดิม ๆ แต่เป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมให้เด็ก ๆ ก้าวทันกับยุคสมัยที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ในยุค INDUSTRIAL ERA รายวิชาพื้นฐานเช่น คณิตศาสตร์ ภาษาไทย และวิทยาศาสตร์ ถูกออกแบบมาอย่างเข้มงวดเพื่อฝึกฝนความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีระบบและการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างเคร่งครัด ซึ่งเหมาะกับการป้อนแรงงานเข้าสู่ระบบโรงงาน แต่เมื่อโลกก้าวสู่ยุคเทคโนโลยีข้อมูล (INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY AGE) รายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เช่น Programming, Data Science และ Financial Literacy ถูกเพิ่มเข้ามา เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีทักษะในการใช้และควบคุมเทคโนโลยี รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในยุคดิจิทัลนี้ ส่วนยุคที่น่าสนใจมากคือยุคปัจจุบัน (COMPETENCY & AI ERA) ซึ่งรายวิชาหลัก ๆ อาจไม่ได้ถูกเน้นเท่าเดิม แต่กลับให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนที่สร้างฐานสมรรถนะ เช่น ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (Creativity), ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (EQ) และความเป็นผู้นำ เพราะ AI ได้เข้ามาทดแทนบทบาทของการท่องจำความรู้แบบเดิม ๆ ความรู้แบบเก่า ๆ สามารถถูกค้นหาและประมวลผลโดย AI Co-Processor ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้สมองมนุษย์ต้องพัฒนาเป็นชิปประมวลผลหลัก (Main CPU) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพขึ้น ในการจัดการกับสถานการณ์หรือปัญหาที่ AI ไม่สามารถทดแทนได้ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมเชื่อว่าแนวทางนี้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางโลกอย่างแท้จริง การเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่จึงไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่การสอบผ่าน แต่เป็นการปลดปล่อยศักยภาพของสมองและจิตใจ เพื่อเสริมสร้างอธิปไตยทางปัญญาของเด็กแต่ละคน ให้สามารถเป็นผู้คุมสัญญาณในอนาคต และก้าวไปเหนือระบบที่เคยควบคุมเราได้เหมือนใน Matrix ท้ายที่สุด สิ่งที่ผมเห็นจากตารางเรียนและกิจกรรมที่ออกแบบในยุคนี้ คือการสร้างสมดุลระหว่างความรู้พื้นฐาน เทคโนโลยี และทักษะที่ต้องใช้ในโลก AI ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เด็ก ๆ มีการเติบโตที่มั่นคงและมีคุณค่าสำหรับสังคมในอนาคตอย่างแท้จริง
