岐阜市の町中華「中国料理 珍萬」は、昔ながらの雰囲気を残しつつも新メニューを多数加え、より魅力的なお店にリニューアルされました。私も実際に訪問して、五目ラーメンのあっさりスープと野菜たっぷりのバランスの良さに驚きました。麺はちぢれ麺で歯切れが良く、スープとよく絡み合い、とても食べやすかったです。 チャーハンもまた絶品で、しっとり感とパラパラ感の絶妙なハーモニーが楽しめ、脂っこすぎず胃もたれしない優しい味付けで、最後まで飽きずに完食できました。加えて、珍萬が今回導入した週末夜の鉄板焼きメニュー、とんちゃんや鶏ちゃんが新たな魅力になっており、地元民やリピーターにもますます人気が高まっていると感じます。 訪問の際に感じたのは、表向きはこじんまりとした町中華ながら、店内には焼肉屋のような独特の空間が広がっていて、居心地が良いという点です。駐車場も店舗前に完備しているため車でのアクセスも便利で、地域の憩いの場として愛されているのが伝わりました。 また、営業時間が平日は昼のみ、週末は夕方からの営業と変則的なので、訪問前に電話予約や営業時間の確認をおすすめします。支払いもPayPay対応でキャッシュレス派にも対応しているのが嬉しいですね。 今回の体験を通じて、隠れた名店がこれほど充実したラインナップで楽しめるとは思わなかったので、今後は珍萬の新しいメニューのレビューも続けていきたいと思います。岐阜で町中華を探している方にはぜひ立ち寄ってほしい一店です。
