Stirfry healthy version
Ingredient list
Four big size chicken breast
Stirfry seasoning of your own choice
Low sodium soy sauce
2 cups of rice uncooked
A great value stirfry vegetable mixture of choice
Steps
Step one you’re going to get all the liquid ingredients down into the pan and simmer your chicken breast in the stirfry liquid on a lower sodium medium low preferred
You’re going to cook that till the outside of the chicken breast is white but not all the way done
Then you’re going to add the stirfry mixture of the vegetables and the chestnuts and everything that you want into the mixture with the chicken
While that is cooking, you’re going to take your rice cooker your stew pot whatever you do to cook your rice you’re going to put 2 cups of uncooked rice to 4 cups of water and you were going to put that on medium high for about 30 minutes unless you use a pressure cooker and then you’re just going to do the pressure cooker on the low setting until it is completely done
After the rice is done, you’re going to take your rice mixture and you’re going to bring it over to the pot with the stirfry seasoning the stirfry sauce and the chicken and stirfry blend for me. I combined it into the stirfry.
Then you’re going to let this all fully cook until it seamlessly taste good make sure you were tasting it along the way to make sure that it is powerful enough. I made that mistake tonight and it was not powerful enough and it was not flavored. That is if your meal prepping.
