My favorite meal

I’ve been on a weight loss journey for the last three years and I have accustomed to learning how to make my favorite sauce

Raising Cane’s which it is so simple simpler than you think let me know if you want the sauce recipe

5 ounces of 80% ground beef

4 tablespoons of raising Cane’s sauce

Half a cup of shredded cheese or any type of cheese no more than half a cup though

As many hamburger, pickles as you please, as they are very low-calorie and very yummy

Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons over the hamburger meat to give it flavor along with garlic onion powder, minced garlic, salt, pepper that’s all seasoned to your to ur liking

This is 100% a good thing in my household. My fiancé is a what people call a big back. He loves junk food and I’ve been trying to turn his favorite junk food into helping options so stay tuned for some more recipes that I make within the new year. I’m gonna try to post as many as I can.

This is about 565 cal over 35 g of protein about 20 g of fat
