Been looking into a compact floor grinder — PG300
300mm working width, 4kW power, around 95kg. Pretty typical for a light-to-mid size machine.
Honestly, this kind of setup is more about practicality than raw efficiency.
It’s small enough to stay flexible — good for edges, tight areas, or smaller jobs where bigger machines feel overkill.
The 0–1500 rpm adjustable speed is a plus, gives you some control depending on the floor condition.
Single-head design means it’s easier to maintain, but let’s be real — it won’t match the efficiency of multi-head grinders.
What stands out to me is the balance:
95kg gives it decent stability without being too hard to handle.
Overall, this feels like a “support machine” — not for big production jobs, but very useful to have alongside larger equipment.

Not the fastest, but definitely practical.
