In this verse He said take a new grip and strengthen your weak knees. And in Daniel 10:17-19 it speaks about Daniel being weak and then being strengthened. In both instances being worn down and how God strengthens them. I know it has been a tough season and you are tired and weakened, but God. God steps in when we think there is no way. God steps in when we are weak and need strength. He is the one who sees and hears. He has heard your cries when no one elae hears on your bed at night when you have nothing left. He makes a way in the desert. He makes a way when it seems there is no way, expect God to show up. Call out one more time, lift your hands to heaven one more time. Trust one more time. Jesus loves you.
