Becoming HER (in Christ )
Wellness Habits
🧘 Habit 1: I wake up early before the rest of my family have alone time with God to read my Bible and pray and get some house work done before getting my day started as a Sahm/w and dog momma too
🧘 How It Helps Me: Me waking up and having a little quiet time sets a great mood for my day to day mind set and attitude:)
I love to be in the word and when I’m not in the word I’m sluggish and grumpy just not the person I wanna be
I’m so proud of my growth in my faith and over all lifestyle the change has been such a blessing !
Additional Tips: you can always talk to God about any and everything I love to ask questions and when he answers .. sometimes it’s immediately sometimes I don’t get a clear answer as I want it, but he always comes through on his time because he know’s best
but I love getting answers and words from Jesus the peace the lord has brought me is unmatched
I want everyone to feel his love and hear his voice

Starting my day early for personal time with God has been a game-changer in cultivating wellness and spiritual growth. Like the author mentions, waking up before the rest of the family allows me to have uninterrupted moments to pray, read the Bible, and set a positive tone for the day. This quiet time not only strengthens my faith but also improves my mood and productivity throughout the day. I also find that incorporating a calming activity, like lighting a candle as part of my morning routine, helps me create a peaceful atmosphere. This little ritual reminds me to slow down and focus on God's presence. Even on days when life feels hectic or overwhelming, having this foundation of spiritual quietude helps me stay grounded. It’s normal not to have all the answers immediately when we seek God during prayer, but patience and faith teach us to trust His timing. I’ve experienced that peace the author talks about—the kind that reassures even amidst uncertainty. Additionally, sharing these experiences with others who value faith and wellness fosters community and encouragement. If you’re trying to build similar habits, start small by waking up 10–15 minutes earlier and dedicating that time to calm reflection or scripture. Over time, this will naturally grow into a fulfilling tradition that supports mental wellness and spiritual connection, just as the proverb says about rising early to care for your household and soul. #godhasme #jesusgirl #blessed #spreadtheword
