One thing I've found incredibly helpful for a strong 'beginning of a new week' is establishing a simple Monday morning ritual. It doesn't have to be anything elaborate. Sometimes, it's just waking up 15 minutes earlier to enjoy my coffee in silence, or taking a few deep breaths before diving into my to-do list. I also love to spend a few minutes jotting down my intentions for the week ahead, focusing not just on tasks, but on how I want to feel as I accomplish them. This helps me feel grounded and in control, rather than just reacting to whatever comes my way. Another practice I've adopted is a quick "Sunday reset," where I tidy up my space and plan out my outfits for the first few days.
