Zion Canyon National Park

We got rained on when we visited. Some routes were blocked due to the flooding but other than that it was fun!!

National Park Tips:

☀️Pack light and wear comfortable hiking shoes! Most parks have free shuttles with park admission, but there’s always a lot of walking.🚶🏾‍♀️🥾

☀️Wear a water bag for hydration. It’s recommended that you drink at least 4 liters of water before and during your hike. 🌊

☀️Wear weather appropriate clothes and sunscreen.🧴

☀️Have fun and remember, don’t feed the wildlife!🚫

... Read moreZion Canyon National Park is one of the most breathtaking national parks in the United States, recognized for its stunning canyons, towering rock formations, and diverse flora and fauna. To further enhance your visit, consider planning ahead for weather conditions, as rainfall can affect trail accessibility. Always check for park alerts before your trip. In addition to the mentioned tips, visitors should familiarize themselves with the park’s shuttle system, which is designed to reduce traffic congestion and offer a more enjoyable experience. The shuttle runs frequently to various trailheads, making it easier to reach popular sites like the Temple of Sinawava and the Zion Court. Also, keep an eye out for photography opportunities along the way; sunrise and sunset at Zion offer some of the most spectacular views. Lastly, don't forget to explore lesser-known trails. While the Angels Landing and Narrows are popular, trails like the Hidden Canyon provide a quieter experience with equally stunning views. Remember to carry a map or download the park’s app for navigation, and always prioritize safety by hiking with a buddy and being aware of your surroundings. Enjoy your adventure in this magnificent park!
