WARNING: these disappear faster than my willpower at a buffet. Recipe 16 - Who needs chips when you can have crispy potato stacks? Snack, side dish, or straight up meal - I don't judge.

Crispy Potato Stacks

Ingredients:

• 4-5 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced

• 1 stick melted butter

• 5 cloves garlic, minced

• salt

• black pepper

• oregano (forgot to put in video text)

• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

• Flaky sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter or nonstick spray.

2. Using a mandoline or sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes into even slices.

3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.

4. Stack the potatoes in the muffin tin, layering them neatly until they reach the top of each cup.

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing the stacks from the tin.

7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or flaky sea salt if you choose - then serve warm.
