Chicken Parmesan

INGREDIENTS

* 4 chicken breasts

* 1 cup of flour

* 2 eggs beaten

* 1 cup of garlic and herb bread crumbs

* 1/2 cup of Grated Parmesan cheese

* salt and pepper

* 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

* 1 tsp of Oregano

* 1/2 cup of olive oil

* 1 jar of marinara sauce

* 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

* 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

* 1 lb of cooked noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 400°f

2.  Get three bowls, put flour in one, eggs in another and the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano in the last bowl.

3. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, shake off any excess, immediately dip into the eggs, and then the breadcrumb mixture.

4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the breaded chicken breast until they are golden brown on each side, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.

5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done, and cheese is melted.

6. Serve over cooked noodles
