Betrayal hurts

Hard times don’t last and good times get better. I didn’t pray that the Lord removed my battles; I prayed that the Lord will give me strength and long suffering to endure. See this battle is bigger than me— I got generations depending on me. Distractions couldn’t feed me what only God had to give which is clarity and strategy to defeat the enemy coming at me. I warred in the spirit, i cried long nights, i sang praise in worship, & moments I sat in silence waiting on God to show up. My war was ugly, my heart break was bitter, & my bones felt weak. One thing i can say is the Lord sustained me and reminded me that if i wanted to share in His glory, Ill also need to share in His sufferings!❤️

Pray for me y’all! Im currently going through heartbreak after betrayal of a friend but i know it get better from here❤️❤️

I've learned that navigating through such emotional pain requires not only time but a deep well of inner strength and spiritual resilience. It’s important to acknowledge the hurt rather than suppress it, allowing yourself to grieve the loss fully. One practice that profoundly helped me was dedicating time each day to prayer and meditation, seeking clarity and peace rather than immediate solutions. This spiritual patience creates a space where healing can begin and reveals insights on how to move forward without bitterness. In addition to prayer, engaging in worship and praising despite the pain can transform the ordeal into a source of unexpected strength. Singing and expressing gratitude remind me that I am supported by a higher power, which replenishes hope and courage. Also, surrounding yourself with a trustworthy support system is crucial. Friends or community members who can listen without judgment offer a safe refuge to share your feelings. Their empathy helps lighten the burden and reminds you that you do not have to endure the battle alone. From my experience, enduring heartbreak with faith is about embracing vulnerability and trusting that this season is a stepping stone to greater emotional maturity and spiritual depth. Remember, hard times are temporary, and with endurance, they give way to growth and better days.
