From my own experience, I've learned that it isn’t about fitting into a one-size-fits-all mold but rather about embracing the unique season God places you in. For example, spiritual growth often means no longer feeling the need to defend your journey or explain your story repeatedly. It’s about releasing guilt and accepting grace, which allows you to move forward in faith. I remember times when I struggled with doubt and obedience, wondering if my feelings aligned with what I should do. Over time, I realized that spiritual maturity involves trusting God based on His past faithfulness—even when emotions waver. This includes willingly accepting pruning and refining moments; these challenging seasons help purify our hearts and deepen our dependence on Him. In this process, one's desire for God's Word grows stronger than the opinions of others, reflecting a shift in priorities from external validation to internal transformation. Moreover, prayer transforms from routine requests to expectant communication, where we sincerely anticipate God’s movement in our lives. Cultivating love and compassion also becomes central, not only enriching our relationship with God but also deepening connections with others. Embracing vulnerability allows for authentic growth and healing, unlocking a more profound spiritual experience. In summary, spiritual growth looks different for everyone because it is shaped by personal experiences, challenges, and God's timing. Learning to embrace this diversity enriches our walk with God and helps us grow closer to Him with patience, trust, and love.
