My Top Makeup Recommendations >

I already Posted Which Foundation I use so see my previous makeup post for that. So we’re just continuing on from there. For a light beat I do not use foundation all over my face honestly .

NARS CONCEALER IS A 100/10. I know what works well for me might not work well for others. But it is so smooth , & I always have 0 flashback, I do a shade lighter than my shade , & then a shade lighter for bright under eyes .

BAKING WITH THE MAKEUP REVOLUTION BANANA DEEP POWDER. I also don’t contour ona a light beat. Let me know if you want some more make up products ? & which are your FAVES ??! comment down below any reviews or opinion, or even questions on these products I’m here to help girlys !! 🙌🏽

After laying down a good base (sometimes I skip full foundation entirely, focusing on targeted coverage!), my go-to starts with concealer. My absolute holy grail is the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer – it truly lives up to its 100/10 rating! I use one shade lighter than my skin tone for covering any imperfections and a second, even lighter shade directly under my eyes for that bright, awake look. It blends seamlessly and never gives me flashback in photos, which is a huge plus. While NARS is my top pick, I've also had great experiences with Tarte's Creaseless Concealer, especially shades like Walnut or Macadamia for everyday use. It's fantastic for those days you need a bit more coverage but still want a natural finish. Next up, setting everything in place. For a light beat, I swear by the MAKEUP REVOLUTION Banana Deep Powder. A light dusting under the eyes and in my T-zone ensures everything stays put without looking cakey. It's amazing for brightening and blurring. I've also heard great things about Laura Mercier's Translucent Loose Setting Powder for a similar effect, especially if you prefer a yellow undertone. For a little warmth and definition without full contouring, I often reach for the Juvia's Place 'The Warrior' Palette. The brown shades are perfect for a subtle bronzer or even a wash of color on the eyelids. It's so versatile – you can even use the lighter shades as a soft highlight. Speaking of eyes, a good mascara makes all the difference. While Too Faced's 'Better Than Sex' is a classic for volume, I recently discovered Luna Magic mascara. The trick is to apply it carefully before your main mascara for added oomph without clumping. A pop of color on the cheeks brings life to any light beat! E.L.F.'s Liquid Blush is fantastic for this. It's super lightweight, blends out like a dream, and gives such a natural, rosy flush. A little goes a long way, and you can build it up for more intensity. And we can't forget the lips! For a natural but polished look, I love a good lip gloss. Instinct Professional Makeup's butter glosses or Morphe lip glosses are perfect for adding shine and a touch of color. If you're looking for that 'lip filler' effect without the actual fillers, products like the Stingter Filler deliver a noticeable plump. My personal favorite shades often have a peachy or nude undertone to complement the overall natural vibe. Finally, to ensure my light beat lasts all day, a reliable setting spray is crucial. Urban Decay's All-Nighter Setting Spray is a classic for a reason – it locks everything in without feeling heavy. And remember, good tools are half the battle! Real Techniques brushes, especially their face brushes, make blending a breeze and are worth the investment for a seamless application. The key to a light beat is truly 'less is more' and focusing on enhancing your best features. Don't be afraid to experiment with different products to find what works best for your skin!
