Sam’s Club Protein Finds 🔍✨🤍 * Freezer Edition *

• I seen so many freezer items I wanted to try today , each protein meat just looked amazing .

I been seeing “ Poke “ Bowls on my Fyp on TikTok & it’s great that they have the option for your to make your own at Sam’s club . ( I see they are a bit pricey )

The tempura + Coconut shrimp proteins would be great appetizers for hosting or just eating something quick before dinner.

The Uno Steak & Cheese Tastefuls Give elevated hot pocket , but more in like a biscuit.

Ngl I hate trying things I’ve never had from Sam’s club because they are in bulk , & I hate wasting food , so if I haven’t tried it in the small option I sometimes don’t get the bigger option 💯 . But to each its own 🫡

... Read moreOkay, so I know many of you are scouring Sam's Club for those amazing 'egg bites' or 'egg white' options, and you’re absolutely on the right track! While my recent freezer haul focused on other fantastic protein finds like those delicious poke bowls and convenient shrimp options, I couldn't let you leave without talking about these breakfast game-changers. Sam's Club consistently delivers on convenient, high-protein solutions, and their egg bites are a perfect example of a 'freezer find' that truly simplifies healthy eating. I personally grab the Sam's Club egg white bites whenever I'm there. They are an absolute lifesaver for busy mornings or whenever I need a quick, satisfying snack. Imagine waking up, popping these into your microwave or air fryer, and having a warm, protein-packed meal ready in literally minutes – no cooking required! It’s seriously a dream for anyone with a packed schedule, whether you're a 'gym girly' looking for quick protein after a workout or just someone who wants to avoid skipping breakfast. I've found that even on my laziest days, these provide a wholesome start without any fuss. What I love most about these egg bites is their incredible versatility. They aren't just for breakfast! I’ve had them as a quick, protein-rich lunch paired with some fresh fruit or a side salad, or even as a smart pre-dinner appetizer when I’m ravenous but dinner isn’t quite ready. They come in various options, including savory cheese and bacon, or the lighter, protein-focused egg white versions, which are fantastic if you're mindful of your macros. Each serving is usually packed with a good amount of protein, helping me stay full and energized throughout the day. This makes them a no-brainer addition to any 'high protein grocery haul.' For those of you looking specifically for 'egg white Sam's Club' options, you'll often find them alongside the regular egg bites in the frozen breakfast or deli section. They offer all the convenience with a slightly different nutritional profile, often lower in calories and fat, but still rich in essential protein. It’s definitely one of those bulk buys at Sam's Club that you won't regret. Unlike some things you buy in large quantities only to find you don’t love them (a struggle I know well!), these are a consistent winner in my household, proving that buying in bulk can indeed be a smart move. They truly embody the spirit of 'quick / lazy meals' that are still healthy and delicious. If you're tired of plain scrambled eggs or want an easy grab-and-go option that's much better than typical fast food, give Sam's Club egg bites a try. They seamlessly integrate into a healthy lifestyle and make daily protein goals so much easier to achieve. Plus, they pair perfectly with some of the other 'freezer finds' I mentioned, like a quick side of roasted veggies. Don't miss out on adding these convenient and delicious protein powerhouses to your next Sam's Club trip – your future self will thank you for the extra convenience and deliciousness!

Hi, nutrition major here … This are highly processed foods and you might as well it’s the fresh product than buy this breaded stuff that high in sodium .. and fresh shrimp is 24g of protein vs this processed breaded shrimp is less and has more sodium on top of a sauce .. these wouldn’t be recommended to any real gym heads
