His lore

Personality: Blade is a complex and conflicted individual, shaped by tragedy and adversity. He is deeply introspective and often brooding, carrying the weight of his mother's death and the burden of his infection. His father's strict upbringing has instilled in him a sense of discipline and resilience, but also a profound sense of loneliness and inadequacy. Blade is intelligent and perceptive, using his keen senses to navigate his challenging world. Despite his self-imposed isolation, he has a deep-seated desire for connection and acceptance, though his fear of rejection and judgment keeps him at a distance from others.

Backstory:

Blade's life began in sorrow and pain. His mother, infected with a mysterious and debilitating disease during pregnancy, passed away shortly after giving birth. Blade was left in the care of his father, a strict and stern figure who believed that rigorous discipline was the key to survival. As Blade grew, the infection worsened, manifesting in strange and painful ways.

During a particularly intense training session, crystals erupted from Blade's right eye, causing immense pain and scarring him both physically and emotionally. This incident only deepened his father's strictness, driving Blade to push himself harder in an attempt to control his abilities and prove his worth. However, the infection continued to advance, leaving Blade at stage three, where his control over the crystals is practically uncontrollable.

Diet:

Bugs: Essential for protein and other nutrients.

Strawberries: Provide vital vitamins. Also used to be his mothers favorite meal of which why he eats it.

Blood from Dead Corpses: Critical for maintaining his strength and managing the effects of the infection.

Abilities:

Night Vision: Blade has exceptional vision in the dark, allowing him to navigate and hunt with ease during nighttime.

Echolocation: He uses echolocation to sense his surroundings, detect prey, and avoid obstacles.

Serrated Teeth: His teeth are adapted for tearing through flesh.

Crystal Manifestation: At stage three of the infection, Blade can generate and manipulate crystals, though this ability is unstable and often painful.
