Watch my confidence grow.
I honestly don’t have any tips. Lol
Ill tell my story here so i can be candid.
I started mounjaro end of 2022 for medical reasons.
I realized it allowed me freedom from PCOS, my health issues, my irregular period (i had like 2/3 a year), my mental clarity, etc.
I stayed on through about August 2023. I lost 70+ pounds. When i got off i gained 15 pounds & was like no mam no ham!!
So i ended up choosing me and lost 30 pounds from eating what i want in moderation & working out 4x a week. I don’t restrict anything except how much i eat. I lost 30 pounds so far “on my own” & want to lose another 40.
Disclaimer: I’m not a fitness guru/influencer nor do i want to be. Not a dietician or “gym girly”. Im just a girl who thought she would never lose the weight.
