IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME?!

I get people genuinely care about your wellbeing.

I get that I’m extremely introverted.

I share but on my terms so i selfishly share?..

Granted, i may be guilty of this too but is there such a thing as being too invasive?

If a person wanted you to know something they would tell you? But the overload of personal questions always seem sooo invasive to me 😩

I get it i get it.. it’s probably just me.. i mean what are people suppose to talk about if not life?..

idk I’m going in circles.. is there something wrong with me or…

... Read moreIntroversion can be a complex experience, especially in a world that often prioritizes extroverted traits. Many introverts feel overwhelmed by societal pressure to engage in constant social interaction, which can lead to feelings of alienation or self-doubt. It’s essential to recognize that introversion is not a flaw; it merely reflects a different way of processing the world. While everyone has a right to their own personal space, it’s crucial to openly communicate boundaries with friends and family to prevent misunderstandings. Understanding and defining personal boundaries is key. Many find the influx of intrusive questions from well-meaning friends challenging, mistaking these inquiries as curiosity rather than invasion of privacy. The need for boundaries is an essential aspect of interpersonal relationships and can foster a healthier dynamic. Discussing topics that match comfort levels without forcing someone to divulge sensitive information can strengthen connections and enhance mutual respect. Moreover, mindfulness practices can help introverts manage social interactions more effectively. Engaging in mindfulness can promote self-awareness and create a space for personal reflection. Consider strategies that nurture your emotional health, such as journaling or participating in solo activities that bring joy and relaxation. In conclusion, exploring the feelings of 'is there something wrong with me?' is common among those who identify as introverted. Embracing one's identity and establishing healthy communication channels are vital steps towards feeling accepted and understood. Remember, it's okay to prioritize personal space and to assert your boundaries in any relationship.

Nah, I know I’m late to this post but idl the way they coming off. Like “I thought about you but I just never texted you?” Then. The person questions back to back? Naw homie. How long was it from the last time yall talked? Sorry, but at times I over analyze things. Crazy part is, 9/10 I be right. 1/2
