Dinners I’ve made recently
1. Garlic Parmesan wings with fries. A very simple easy recipe. Just go to Walmart and grab a “Garlic Parmesan wing seasoning” packet. Wash your wings and then season with whatever you like then THROW the garlic parm seasoning mix packet on top. Place them in the oven on 425 for 30 mins and flipping half way through. Now on to the fries. They are frozen so I just popped them in the oven with the wings in a different pan
2. Garlic lemon salmon
Get you some Jarlic, lemon and a few light seasonings. I don’t like to over season my fish. So you gonna get you some butter and throw it in the pan with Jarlic and a lil lemon juice. I got skinless salmon so with the skin may be different. Cook on medium heat for about 3-5 mins on both sides while basting the salmon with the juices in the pan. The rice I made to go with I started off similar how Mexican rice is made. Get you some oil a cup or two of rice and TOAST the rice before adding water. Season to your liking. Add equal parts water to how ever many cups of rice you added. Wait bout 20 mins and boom you have salmon n rice for dinner.
3. Garlic parm chicken
Go to Walmart and get the garlic Parmesan chicken from market side in the deli area. Get some frozen green beans and pop those in the pan/pot with a little bit of seasoning. Then get you some Mac n cheese and add your own razzle dazzle. BOOM 💥 dinner is done
4. Creamy white chicken enchiladas.
Now this was a lil hard but ima tell you the cheat code way. Get a rotisserie chicken and SHRED that thing like it done stole from you. Get some cream cheese, taco seasoning, shredded cheese and mix it all together in a bowl. Bring out the tortillas and put about one or two spoonfuls of the chicken mix into the tortillas and you roll them up. Now on to the cheese sauce. Melt you some cheese in a pan/pot. Think of it like you are making cheese dip. Once that is done pour a little bit at the bottom of the pan before you put the enchiladas in the pan. Then add the enchiladas on top and then layer with more cheese sauce and a little bit more cheese. Pop them in the oven for about 20 mins on 350 degrees. #lemon8challenge #lemon8badgehunt #ilovefood😝 #dinneryummy😋 #dinnermadeeasy
