Stopped by PERC in Virginia Highlands and loved the vibes! Got a matcha with oat milk which thankfully had no weird aftertaste 🙌. The design on my drink was a nice touch too. It's a great spot for a quick coffee, but not really somewhere to hang out and work for hours imo. Plus, there are tons of cute shops around to check out!
