Pineapple Sage

I grew pineapple sage this year and let me tell you…heartburn where???

It’s in the mint family and if it’s ingested in tea form it’ll aid in digestion, it’s an antacid, and helps settle an upset stomach. It also helps with anxiety and is an anti inflammatory. It’s not only great in drinks but also in salsa, salads and other recipes.
