Becoming a CNA can be a very rewarding job that does have its difficulties like every job does it is very rewarding to me personally because sometimes you are the only person they see every day because family doesn’t always show up. Some people are easier than others. And all you can do is your best and sometimes work conditions are not the best because you are short staffed and you’ll have more residents over and I can take a toll on your body without the proper training and sometimes you might have to work a 16 hour shift. Yes you are there caregiver but you’re also their therapist and emotional support. You will see a lot of heartbreaking things a lot of happy things, but I say go get that CNA. 💗
