GROWTH CHAPTER:

I’ve recently gone through some change, good change and growth that I want to make known for myself and remind myself that I’ve grown so much from just this winter and I can’t stop now. From not wanting to “do” and put my best self forward, feeling like the old me is trapped in a “sunken place” to feeling like I have a new outlook on every opportunity set in front of me.

Growth. I’m ready.

Growth is a continuous process, often requiring us to confront discomfort and embrace change. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but remembering that "you'll never truly have time on your side" is crucial. Prioritize change in the moment and invest in your personal growth now. Understand that rejection is often not a reflection of your worth. If someone doesn’t accept you for who you are, it’s important to realize you’re not the problem. Focus on building a strong foundation for self-love and acceptance. Finding a healthy lifestyle that aligns with your values and realizing that your body is your permanent home emphasizes a profound shift towards self-care. Every chapter in life presents unique conversations, decisions, and opportunities. These will never return in the same form; seizing them is essential. Living with intention and meaning is the way forward. When you embrace your true self, you empower yourself to stand by your beliefs and decisions. It's time to "STAND ON YOUR SH*T" and pursue life with the confidence and clarity that come from personal growth.
