First real made cosplay
While I’m still working on the smaller details of it such as horns and stuff I’m truly proud of what I made from a design I made for mammon!! I’m excited to wear this at Anime Expo this year Day 1!!!

I've always been captivated by the unique personalities in Obey Me!, and Mammon, with his iconic greed and flair, always stood out. When I finally decided to dive into creating my very first full cosplay, I knew it had to be him! But I wanted to add my own creative spin, envisioning a fierce and stylish female version of Mammon. The idea sparked from imagining how his core design elements would translate into a women's outfit, making it both recognizable and fresh. My design journey began with countless hours sketching and scrolling through references. I focused on retaining Mammon's essential aesthetic while infusing it with a feminine edge. I knew I wanted a sleek, strong silhouette, which led me to choose a black halter top and fitted shorts with some edgy white designs. Finding the right black halter top was surprisingly tricky – it needed to have that perfect cut to convey power, and for the shorts, I experimented with different fabrics to get the ideal fit. I personally added those striking white designs, which really brought out Mammon’s signature style. And the black cowboy boots? They were a non-negotiable for that extra swagger and attitude! Bringing the character to life also meant perfecting the details. Mammon’s iconic white hair is a huge part of his look, so I dedicated significant time to researching different wig styles and colors to find that perfect, vibrant shade of white that truly pops. Styling it was an adventure in itself, but seeing it come together made all the effort worthwhile. I even got some great tips from a local wig store that helped me pick the right base for styling. The black gloves were a simple yet effective addition, tying the whole ensemble together perfectly. Currently, I'm focusing on crafting his horns and other small accessories that will truly elevate the outfit and make it feel complete. These little touches are what really make a cosplay stand out and embody the character's spirit. Preparing for Anime Expo Day 1 is incredibly exciting! I'm already envisioning walking the halls, meeting other cosplayers, and maybe even joining some photoshoots to show off my female Mammon cosplay. For anyone else planning to attend a convention, my biggest tip is to start early and don't be afraid to ask for help or advice from experienced cosplayers – the community is so supportive! Also, always double-check your costume for comfort and durability; you'll be wearing it all day! This whole journey, from a simple sketch to a full-fledged cosplay, has been incredibly rewarding. There’s something so fulfilling about taking a character you love and bringing them to life with your own hands. I can't wait to share my finished look and connect with fellow Obey Me! fans and cosplayers at Anime Expo.
