Pooh Shiesty

#TMZ Pooh Shiesty has been arrested in Dallas, Texas ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper -- real name Lontrell D. Williams Jr. -- was arrested Wednesday and booked in connection to a federal criminal case.

We broke the story ... Shiesty's family home was raided by the FBI on Wednesday. Agents executed a search and arrest warrant ... we now know it was Pooh Shiesty who was taken into custody.

While that was happening, Shiesty's father, Lontrell Williams Sr., was also arrested in Memphis, Tennessee. Officials have not yet revealed the charges against either man.

Shiesty only recently got out of federal prison after serving more than five years in connection to a 2020 shooting in Florida.

A press conference is scheduled for 9 AM PT.
