MY COLD & FLU BE GONE STARTER PACK!

I’m feeling under the weather this weekend. I just came home from a little grocery shopping trip and all my energy is zapped ☹️

I plan on sleeping & eating light for the next two days so I can be healthy enough to go to work. 💪🏾

items to focus on:

-No Dairy or Oatmilk ( for my my body its causes mucus to build)

- Spicy foods & a lot of liquids especially ginger ale & tea

-Binuaral & Subliminals beats on healing on repeat.

-A LOT OF SLEEEEP! Not just scrolling all day.

-Aroma therapy & incense to keep the air clean

-Spicy foods to warm up the body

-Soursop to build up the immune system

-Actively moving around the house to complete 1 or two chores that can set me up for a successful week as I heal & avoid rotting

Incorporate foods that can help reduce mucus production, such as avoiding dairy and opting for spicy meals. Hydration is key; sip on warm liquids like ginger ale and tea to soothe your throat and keep you hydrated. Additionally, consider the benefits of aromatherapy and maintaining a clean environment to aid your recovery. Utilize essential oils and incense—like Californian white sage—to purify the air. It's also essential to ensure you get ample rest and engage in light physical activity, such as completing simple chores, to keep your spirits up while staying productive at home. Don't forget about the power of natural immune boosters like soursop, which can enhance your recovery journey. Finally, relaxing with binaural beats or subliminal healing music can improve your overall wellness, providing a calming atmosphere to support rest and recovery. By integrating these practices into your routine, you can facilitate a quicker return to health.
