You’re bored because you don’t have a hobby, sis.

I know you’ve noticed it. When your watching your fav influencers of YouTubers vlogs and they don’t do much other than clean, workout, shop, eat out and work on REPEAT!

So, you emulate that because their life looks great and that inspires you. The rise of technology has caused us, as a collective to step further away from our true selves and its evident in what we watch as media. The time you use to watch those influencers live their “best lives” or doom scroll you can use to pour into your creativity.

I’m talking creative expression. Painting, dancing, gardening, pottery, jewelry making, knitting, baking, producing, singing, photography, etc. We tend to complain about feeling stuck in our lives when we don’t have a proper outlet to allow ourselves to creatively connect. Especially with our inner child.

🫵🏾 What is it that you love to do? What is a childhood hobby that you had that you’d like to start up again? Comment Below! 👇🏾

Sis, it doesn’t have to be about money or side hustle. Just do it for the simple reason of it being “FOR FUN” or “FOR YOU” and let it blossom from there. Typically, it’s something that makes YOU unique. Be your best self, embrace that girl / main character energy and thrive! You got this!

I needed to see this. I was just thinking maybe I’m so miserable because my whole identity is being a mom and being there for everyone. I need a hobby that is only for ME.
