Day 10 – May 15

Scripture: 2 Chronicles 7:14 – “If my people… will humble themselves and pray… I will heal their land.”

Prompt: What part of my life needs healing from God’s hand?

Encouragement Story:

In a small town, a group of women fasted together for their families. On Day 10, one woman’s estranged son called home. Healing started with humility. Your fast might open the door for God to heal wounds—yours or someone else’s. Prayer plants the seeds; God sends the rain

Heavenly Father,

I come to You today in full surrender as I commit to this fast. I lay down every distraction, every craving, every weight that has kept me from drawing closer to You. Let this fast not be about what I’m giving up, but about what I’m pressing into—more of Your presence, more of Your Word, more of Your power.

Cleanse my heart and purify my motives. Give me the strength to endure each day and the discipline to stay focused on You. When I feel weak, remind me that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness. Let this time be a spiritual reset—reviving my soul, restoring my mind, and realigning my life with Your will.

May this fast unlock clarity, healing, and breakthrough. I’m not just seeking change—I’m seeking You.
