For us, it was about creating a lively, entertaining atmosphere. We considered having an Elvis impersonator make a special appearance during the reception – or even officiate! Setting up a mock casino corner with a blackjack table or roulette for guests to play with fake chips can be incredibly engaging. Signature cocktails with fun names like "The High Roller" or "Queen of Hearts" are also a must. The food and dessert can also follow the theme. Think classic American comfort food with a gourmet twist, or a dessert bar featuring mini cupcakes resembling dice or playing card suits. And don't forget the music! A playlist featuring classic crooners, upbeat pop, and even some show tunes will keep everyone dancing. My biggest tip for anyone planning a Las Vegas-themed wedding is to embrace the fun and not be afraid to go all out. It's your day, and it should reflect your personality. Whether you're flying to Vegas itself or bringing the spirit of the Strip to your local venue, focusing on those key visual cues and entertainment elements will make your special day truly unforgettable.
