Keto zucchini lasagna rounds
Slice zucchinis in rounds and salt. Leave for approx 15-20 mins. Pat dry to remove excess water.
1 lb ground deer meat
Onion salt
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Smashed garlic
Cook all in hot skillet until deer meat is done (or whatever meat you want to use)
To meat, add low carb low sugar marinara, shredded Parmesan, garlic Boursin cheese until melted.
Add one zucchini round to each muffin tin then meat-sauce mixture. I also added one square of Colby jack cheese (that’s all I had on hand), a small amount of shredded parm then repeated one more layer. Put in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
