What a Hidden Brunch Spot in DTLA✨🤍 Manuela 🥰
One of the best brunch place in LA. A cement-and-glass dream house filled with plants, art, and sunbeams that elevates your mood. You’re literally surrounded by art galleries, I feel like i was part of an art as well.
Menu changes often (peek at the one I had at the end)!
Top Picks🥂
【Cream Biscuits】
Their signature! Warm, fluffy, and slightly crispy. it goes perfect with their butter and their market jam (a lightly sweet apple jam)
【Shrimp & Rice Grits】
THIS IS DELICIOUS! Rich shrimp flavor + mushrooms + bacon + a hint of lemon. I’m crying… My top dish. Must try!
【Steak & Egg】
No notes. Perfectly cooked medium steak, tender and full of flavor, paired with a sunny-side-up egg that’s runny in all the right places. Order it blindly
【Ocean Trout Tartare】
A refreshing cold dish with a hint of smokiness. Capers, onions, garlic toast—seasoned with so much care you’ll finish every bite. One of those “how is this so light and flavorful” situations.
【Popover Benedict】
The poached egg has the dreamiest runny center, and the butter aroma hits right away. The only downside is the ham was a bit dry
✨ Bonus Fun
There’s a little courtyard with their own vegetable garden and actual chickens. It’s giving organic farm-to-table but make it chic. Perfect spot for an afternoon chill with your besties and cute photos.
