I finally got my hands on Crumbl's much-talked-about Strawberry Pretzel Pie, and I couldn't wait to share my full, honest take with all of you! From the moment I saw it, the cookie looked absolutely stunning, just like its namesake dessert. The vibrant red from the strawberry aspect, the golden crust, and the creamy white topping immediately caught my eye. It truly felt like a little slice of pie reimagined as a giant cookie. Taking that first bite, I was hit with a delightful explosion of flavors and textures. The base cookie itself was soft and chewy, perfectly baked. What really makes this cookie shine, however, is the topping. It features a generous layer of a creamy, dreamy topping that has a slight tang, cutting through the sweetness beautifully. Then, there's the strawberry goodness – it's not overly artificial, tasting more like a fresh fruit compote, which I absolutely appreciated. But the real star that elevates this from just a good cookie to a great one is the pretzel crunch. Those little pieces of salty pretzel sprinkled on top provide the perfect textural contrast and a much-needed salty kick to balance out all the sweetness. It's that classic sweet and salty combination that always works wonders, and it's executed flawlessly here. It genuinely brought back memories of enjoying a traditional strawberry pretzel salad at family gatherings. I was particularly impressed with how well they captured the essence of the Strawberry Pretzel Pie dessert. Every element was there: the soft, almost graham-cracker-like crust feeling from the cookie base, the creamy filling, and of course, the distinctive strawberry and pretzel components. It felt cohesive and thoughtfully designed. If you're someone who loves fruity desserts but also craves that salty edge, this cookie is definitely for you. It's rich, satisfying, and quite substantial, so it's perfect for sharing (or not, no judgment here!). I think it’s a brilliant seasonal offering from Crumbl. It’s definitely one of those cookies that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to go back for another. I'd highly recommend giving it a try if you get the chance!
