Recipe makes 4 good size bagels

145 calories each

28g of protein

10g of fiber

The key is the @kingarthurbaking flour. You can grab it from Amazon it’s linked in my store front under food.

Take a cup of flour

1.5 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt

268g of @fage plain fat free Greek yogurt.

Mix your dry stuff then add the yogurt.

1 serving of @kraft_brand fat free cheddar cheese

And jar or fresh jalapeƱos

Mix it all together and make your dough.

Use 1 egg to make your egg wash throw some on top

Cut it up and cook it on 375 degrees for 25 mins and that’s it
