I’ve seen this phrase go around a lot within the bariatric community and it’s quite comical lol

Some of us are being demonized because of the healthy things we eat and the active lifestyles we are living but isn’t that the point?!

I think we are losing the plot of weight loss surgery

How I choose to live after VSG is my business and not something I force on anyone else! BUT if you do want to change your lifestyle around, I would HOPE that I and a lot of other people in the community would be an example of what you can also achieve!
