This method involves performing 12 reps of three different exercises consecutively, targeting the glute muscles intensely. I typically start with hip abductions, which really help activate the side glutes and improve hip stability. Following that, I add Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) to engage both the glutes and hamstrings. To push the muscles further, I include reverse lunges—great for balance and unilateral strength—and finish with cable kickbacks to isolate the glutes effectively. What I found crucial is performing the last set until failure, which means pushing your muscles to their limit to stimulate growth. Adding 30 minutes of cardio before the strength routine also amps up fat burning, making the results more visible during summer. Pulses at the end of each set help to maintain tension in the muscles, which enhances endurance and tone. If you’re preparing for the summer and want a routine that’s efficient and effective, this approach has been a game-changer for me. Remember to focus on form to avoid injury and progressively increase resistance or reps week by week.
