Most often on one of the legs, with the following symptoms:

• Swollen legs: often swollen on only one calf or thigh.

• Pain: Feel pain like cramps or tension pain, often starting in the calf.

• Discolored skin: The swollen area of the skin is abnormally red or dark.

• Heat: The skin will feel warmer than the others.
