เมื่อได้มาเยือนคาเฟ่ Fade Away ที่บางแสนแล้ว ผมรู้สึกว่าความแตกต่างของแต่ละชั้นเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ร้านนี้โดดเด่นมาก ๆ ชั้นล่างจะให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและผ่อนคลาย บรรยากาศเรียบง่ายแต่มีสไตล์มินิมอลที่ผสมผสานความอบอุ่นแบบเกาหลีเข้ามาอย่างลงตัว แต่ละชั้นมีธีมและมุมถ่ายภาพที่แตกต่างกันโดยเฉพาะมุมหน้าต่างกระจกที่ให้แสงธรรมชาติลอดเข้ามาแบบพอดี ได้ชมวิวทะเลไปพร้อมกับการถ่ายรูปสวยๆ ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนได้หลุดไปอยู่ที่ต่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะห้องดอกไม้สีแดงบนชั้น 3 ผมแนะนำให้เตรียมกล้องหรือมือถือให้พร้อม เพราะสีแดงสดของดอกไม้ตัดกับแสงธรรมชาติ ทำให้ภาพถ่ายออกมามีเสน่ห์และโดดเด่นอย่างมาก อีกอย่างที่ไม่พูดถึงไม่ได้คือเมนู Shio Pan หรือขนมปังเกลือซิกเนเจอร์ ของร้านนี้ ตัวขนมปังหอมเนยและนุ่มมาก ๆ กินคู่กับกาแฟยิ่งอร่อยลงตัวแบบสุดๆ ในวันที่ไป ผมเองใช้เวลาเดินเล่นและถ่ายรูปนานมากจนลืมเวลาไปเลย ทุกชั้นก็มีมู้ดและธีมที่แตกต่างทำให้ไม่รู้สึกเบื่อแม้แต่น้อย ถือเป็นหนึ่งในคาเฟ่ที่เหมาะกับคนชอบถ่ายรูปและอยากพักผ่อนริมทะเลในเวลาเดียวกัน สำหรับใครที่ต้องการคาเฟ่ดี ๆ ที่ไม่ได้มีแค่เครื่องดื่มดีวิวสวย แต่ยังมีมุมถ่ายรูปครบทุกชั้น ต้องลองที่ Fade Away ที่บางแสน รับรองจะประทับใจไม่รู้ลืมเลยครับ!
