Recap Working Life 2025🌬️🍃💪🏼✌🏼
Hi friends, we just wanted to write this for a very long time.
It's a chance today. It's a small memory. It's my own diary.
It really doesn't work much. We worked as Business Planning, a Japanese company in the wind area. It was in year 3 and it was a year that saw a lot of change. That's also the year we finished here at the end of this year. 😅😁
Work recaps for this year
- Since the middle of last year, we re-org chart one match, change MD, which is the person that we and the Japanese master have to work with, requiring reorganization and data collection work.
- On Dec of the year, my master moved to Mega. This is a major turning point, making the work not like because it will dissolve our role, giving us 2 new roles, risk management + marketing.
- Early 25, so I have 2 legs and have to repot 2 new people, rm repot and mk repot.
- We try to tune and understand both tasks, even if they are not related, but learn new things.
- Looks like it's okay. Only the rm side and the mk side (this makes me sick) because the guy in charge of the team threw the job at us.
- The first month of doing it is still done together. After the next month, it becomes us to accept the end alone, from 1 to 2,2, add 3, and so on.
- Start to do various reppots by giving him a job using AI. Jane and we sit and do all the pre-signature. Send it to him every month until there is a question about how to use it? But the reply is that it is information for others to use, which no one uses at all. Because the repo ends up being a new story, not a project at all. 😑
- Sometimes, many times, hahahaha, we ask this person for help in introducing, editing or detailed information to make the work better, but never.
- On the other hand, we still have to support the work, except the middle of the year until the end of the year, including 6 jobs, which he also joins, but he only looks at his parts that make each other without looking at other parts in the other part. It's good that we have another elder to lead the work guide and encourage each other after the meeting with this person.
- In the middle of Mii-Kanya, although starting to clear almost all of the work, but not ending because the same good person has another exception (who knows by himself, but just told others on the Thai side), causing us and the other team to come to help again.
- Nang Nang tried to take his own name as the head of a small team alley for others to manage or simply called working with the mouth 😂
- When entering the loop during this time, we from the suffering is already heavier than before, the team meeting to offer anything, how many times have been brushed, no one can offer anything, because that problem says everything is fixed, then you can't change anything, but if you can change yourself, haha.
- We can't really start. I haven't been able to do it for a long time. From finding a new job so I can find it more, hahahaha. Because I can't bear it anymore.
- Will see that the mk work swallowed all the rm side work, haha. Each time, when evaluating, we have to evaluate the report for 2 people, they gradually include the results for us again. 🥲
- It is not over during work at work. We have a good deal and coordinate well with everyone in the office. Except for this person, unless we are thrown at the job and take our job to be his KPI, also have to deal with changing his words and racist words with us and other siblings. For example, don't you think you will learn anything by yourself? Should you adjust to the shift here or even talk that our other brother is in the language of the meeting.
- Very tired. Suffering with work with the organization. Still have to meet people like this again. Until October, we and another elder push to get a new job at the same time.
- But he went out before making his job available. That person called us to talk to a friend to accept his job at this time, so we decided to say that we have offered a new one (the feed is very satisfying)
- And then he threw the elder job out to us, so he had to take it instead and take our job. 😂😂😂
-When it came to the Nov. -early Dec. period, it was a handover. Work and party, we finished from here completely this year instead.
But in the misfortune that we meet, there are still friends, brothers and sisters who work very cute with us. Gradually listen to us complain, separate 😁 help each other and encourage each other all the time. We really appreciate everyone's good and valuable friendship for us. Although sad that we leave, they understand. Huh, this is sad.
Summary of our working life in the year 2025 is full of changing both work and people. Meet people who have encountered strange things, both discouraged and suffering. But in the past, there are other colleagues who are cute and encouraging. Should get new hard and soft skills to deal with people. Finish this year with the job here and ready to start again with a new job.
