I've found it incredibly effective for shedding unwanted negativity, hexes, or any lingering bad vibes that try to attach themselves. It's not just about cleansing; it's about reclaiming my spiritual space and empowering myself. My favorite way to perform an uncrossing is through a footbath, and it’s a ritual I look forward to. It feels deeply grounding and purifying. Here's a breakdown of what I use and why, drawing on some traditional ingredients to create a powerful spiritual barrier: My Uncrossing Footbath Ingredients & Their Purpose: Blessed Epsom Salt: This is my base. Epsom salt is fantastic for drawing out toxins, but when blessed, it becomes a magnet for spiritual impurities and stagnant energy, leaving me feeling lighter and refreshed. Hex Breaker Cologne: I add this for its specific intention to dissolve any spiritual blockages, hexes, or negative influences that might be affecting my path. It’s like a spiritual eraser. Herbs for Grounding (like Rue or Rosemary): Grounding is crucial after any intense spiritual work. Herbs like rue offer protection and ward off evil, while rosemary purifies and brings mental clarity. I often use an uncrossing herbal blend that includes these. They help me stay centered and connected to the earth’s stabilizing energy. Spell Breaker Oil: For those times when I feel a particularly stubborn energy or an intentional negative spell, this oil is a must-have. It’s formulated to dismantle and neutralize unwanted magical workings. Agua Bendi / Holy Water: This sacred water brings divine blessings and powerful purification. It elevates the vibration of the bath, making it a truly holy space for cleansing. Creek or Spring Water: Incorporating natural, living water from a creek or spring (if accessible and clean) adds a raw, untamed cleansing energy. It connects the ritual to ancestral wisdom and the earth's natural flow. Domination Oil: While optional, I use this when I need to reclaim my power and assert control over my spiritual space. It helps me feel strong and in charge of my energetic boundaries. Florida Water: This is a classic for purification, blessing, and attracting good fortune. Its refreshing scent and energetic properties instantly uplift the atmosphere and my spirit. How I Perform My Uncrossing Footbath Ritual: Preparation: I start by ensuring my space is clean and quiet. Sometimes, I light a white candle to invite pure intentions and focus. Water & Intention: I fill a basin with warm water, setting the intention for it to cleanse, purify, and release all negativity. I visualize any unwanted energies being drawn out of me into the water. Adding Ingredients: I add a generous amount of blessed Epsom salt, followed by a few drops of Hex Breaker cologne, Spell Breaker oil, and Domination Oil. Then, I sprinkle in my grounding herbs, a splash of Agua Bendi/Holy Water, some creek/spring water, and a good amount of Florida Water. I stir the water, blending the energies together. Soaking & Visualization: I soak my feet, allowing myself to relax. During this time, I visualize dark, stagnant energy flowing out of my feet and into the water. I imagine bright, clean light filling my body, washing away all worries and external influences. I focus on feeling lighter and more connected to my true self. Disposal: After about 15-20 minutes, I drain the water, ideally directly into the earth (if possible and safe for plants) or down the toilet, saying a prayer or intention for the negativity to be neutralized and returned to the earth for transmutation. This bi-weekly practice is my personal spiritual reset button. It helps me shed whatever I’ve picked up during my week and ensures I’m operating from a place of clarity and strength.
